I am a lay theologian. An experienced leader. A systems and giving consultant. A translator across sectors. A convenor of good ideas. I use context, culture, and research to inform my work. 

I am passionate about people and about the God who animates and gives shape to each of our narratives. I seek to root all practical work in a theology that not only lives and moves, but repairs.

I’m a partner and senior consultant at Vandersall Collective. In my 20 years of leadership and fundraising experience in the church, I seek to develop an ethos of care and belonging.
